What year was it founded?
Christopher Tompkins, founder and owner, cultivated his passion project in 2017 which became Broad Street Oyster Co.
What’s your specialty? Best Dish? Things we should definitely order?
Our specialty is seafood, of course! Our World Famous Lobster Roll is a must-try, served either chilled with mayo or warm with butter. For an extra treat, we recommend adding caviar and sea urchin to it. Other fan favorites include our oysters on the half shell, classic burger, fish & chips and our newest addition caviar hot dog.

What items do you use from Crow Canyon Home?
We use Crow Canyon’s splatter, vintage and of course the limited edition Fish & Eddy Collaboration (please restock ;)) nautical enamelware for bowls, plates, and trays. The enamelware perfectly complements our aesthetic, adding a fun, classic yet modern touch to our presentation.
What’s your favorite Crow Canyon Home design? Item?
The Fish & Eddy items have been a staple for our stores! We served our World Famous Lobster Rolls on it and customers are always chuckled to see the buoys, boats or flags on the rim. They’re truly the perfect match for our brand.
