We love being a small business. But while our desire to respond instantly is huge, being little means sometimes it takes a little longer. We promise we’re working as quickly as we can to answer every call and email. Our customer needs are important and we want to get it right.
We accept merchandise returns within 30 days of purchase or within 15 days of delivery, whichever is later. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging including all plastic wrapping, labels and stickers. Sale and clearance, and seasonal/limited edition items are not returnable.
If your order is incorrect or damaged we are happy to replace the product or correct the mistake at our cost.

Please be note that any shipping costs associated with requested returns that are outside our policy will be the responsibility of the customer.
To make a return, include your original receipt inside the package and fill out the form below so we can send you an authorization code for the package’s outside. Please return your package within 30 days after we issue your code or we can’t accept the return.
We’ll replace your items if they arrive defective, damaged or incorrect. Photos are required on all damage claims.
