Shipping & Returns

At Crow Canyon Home we take immense pride in being a small business. We value the opportunity to serve our customers promptly, although we acknowledge that being a small team can occasionally result in longer response times. Rest assured, we are working diligently to address every call and email in a timely manner. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work tirelessly to provide exceptional customer service.


We accept merchandise returns within 30 days of purchase or within 15 days of delivery, whichever is later. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging including all plastic wrapping, labels and stickers. Sale and clearance, and seasonal/limited edition items are not returnable.

To initiate a return, please log into your account on our storefront and submit a return request. Locate the specific order you wish to return and click on the "Return Items" link. Remember to include your original receipt inside the package when returning the item(s). After you’ve submitted your return request, one of our team members will create an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) that will be specific to your return. Please write this number on the outside of your return package within 30 days or we cannot accept the return. Please note that any shipping costs associated with requested returns that are outside our policy will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged items:

If your order is incorrect or damaged in shipping, we will happily replace the product or correct the mistake at our cost. Please email with your order number, pictures of your damaged item, the item SKU and quantity of damaged items. Let us know whether you would prefer a refund or replacement (pending stock availability) and we will take it from there!
