How do I cancel my order?

How do I return/refund my order?

We accept merchandise returns within 30 days of purchase or within 15 days of delivery, whichever is later. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging including all plastic wrapping, labels and stickers. You will be responsible for shipping charges unless the items are defective or incorrect. Start a return HERE

What are the next steps when CCH enamelware I have purchased elsewhere has chipped

Enamelware is porcelain on steel. While it will never shatter, the porcelain can chip if dropped or banged hard like all porcelain. This is the nature of all enamelware. However, your enamelware should never arrive already damaged. Please contact the retailer ASAP with a photo of the chipped product.

Can I repair chipped enamelware?

For a quick fix at home, you can purchase a food-safe enamel repair kit and follow the instructions on the package. Crow Canyon has not verified the long-term effectiveness of enamel repair kits on our products though, so we can’t confirm your piece will be food-safe afterwards.

How do I apply for a wholesale account?

We are accepting applications for several locations around the world. Please fill out our wholesale buyer request form HERE and we’ll follow up with you in 2-3 business days.
Please note that at this time, we are no longer taking new online-only retailers in the U.S. — all new retailers must have a brick & mortar store. We also do not allow customers to sell our current range of product on 3rd party websites such as eBay, Walmart.com, Sears.com, Jet.com and are not accepting new Amazon sellers.
